I had a great experience at Vertu Citroën Derby because the sales advisor, Jess, was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, but also very professional. I also spoke to Pete as we had a few hurdles to overcome with the selling of my precious vehicle and me not having my driving license but he was extremely patient and helpful when trying to overcome these issues. I have been contacted by both Pete and Jess since taking my new car home and was happy to talk to both again. The dealership was extremely clean, there was actually a cleaner in there whilst I was in there so it wasn’t a surprise it’s so bright and shiny. My overall experience was a 10/10 and I’ve managed to convince my husband he needs a new car so we will be visiting the dealership again very soon!

My experience at Vertu Citroën Derby was positive because I felt that Alex Barratt and Peter Hurst were friendly and approachable salespeople without feeling I was being pressured into buying. They were both very understanding of my hesitation to purchase and did not try to pressure me into purchase. They kept the price as low as possible knowing that I had a budget for purchase.
